Passing through

On our way home from Idaho, we stopped and did a few things in Salt Lake. First we went to the Discovery Gateway Museum. I found out that if you have a pass to the Childrens Museum in Las Vegas, it also gets you into the Discovery Gateway. We had never been there and thought we would check it out. It was well worth it!This was Kierstyn and Bentley pretending to be helicopter pilots. Now Kierstyn keeps asking me when we can go on a real helicopter ride.

Even Devri, had a great time, at least until she got tired. They had a toddler area that she thought was great.
Kierstyn trying on the bird costume. They really liked dressing up and playing on the stage.
Another fun area was the construction zone, where you can build or destroy.
And their favorite, the grocery store. I don't know why but they love to go pretend grocery shopping and have one of them be the checker. This was our last stop, and they would have stayed alot longer if Devri wasn't so tired.
We also went to the Hogle Zoo. My kids love the zoo and this was our first opportunity to go to a zoo this year.
They were featuring Zoorassic Park and had dinosaurs located throughout the zoo. They loved this one because is would squirt water at them.
Almost brave enough to touch a dinosaur, but not really!
They love the playground at the zoo. We saved this for last because it is by the train which they wanted to ride right before leaving.
We had a great time on our way home!!
