Wildcat of the Week!

Last week Kierstyn was named Wildcat of the Week!! She was so excited about it and after the challenging year we've had it's a big accomplishment. I'm so proud of her and how hard she has worked this year.

A Big Thanks!

Yesterday was one of those days when I wished I lived closer to family. My whole family has been sick. Unfortunately, I got it the worst. And so between being sick I was trying to take care of my kids who were also sick and Blake was at work. How nice it would have been to call my mom and ask for help but not a possibility when we live so far away. So THANKS so much for the wonderful friends I have who have helped me when I most needed it. Ann, thanks for taking my kids for a while and for dinner, it was truly appreciated!!

Happy Mothers Day!

More Easter pics!

I have to say I admire those who have an artistic eye for photography, I, however, am not one of those people, but I try. Overall, I thought these turned out pretty good.

Happy Easter

I'm not sure what its like at your house but at ours, if I didn't plan the activities we probably wouldn't do anything. So I try to make the holidays and our family time special so our kids will have lasting memories. At least thats the intent. So last weekend we had a little Easter fun at our house. Since we have a really small backyard, I decided to make the Easter egg hunt more challenging by having it the night before in the dark. The kids had to use flashlights to find the eggs. I think they had fun, I know Devri did she slept through the whole thing! And on Sunday morning they had to find their Easter bags from Grandma that were hidden somewhere in the house. I have more pictures of Easter to post later. . .

A milestone!

Okay, so for some this isn't very exciting but for us it is. Our little Devri is now rolling over. She was so close for a long time and finally just figured it out. But it took me about 5 days to get it on camera (and then the 1st video was too big to put on the blog). I finally turned the tv on so she had to roll over to see it. What a cutie!
